By checking the box before submitting an order or contacting us via the form, you grant your consent pursuant to Section 5(2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).

We collect, store, and process your first and last name, business name (if applicable), home address or registered office, email address, and phone number for the following purposes:

  • Concluding a contract: Documentation necessary to process a business transaction.
  • Notifications and announcements: Information regarding a specific business transaction.
  • Marketing communications: News and offers from the controller.
  • Sharing with business partners: Delivery of goods, administration, and promotion on social media.

If you have any questions, please contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Consent cannot be withdrawn where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

Withdrawal of Consent and Requests for Information

You may withdraw your consent or request information about the processing of your data via email. We will provide the information without undue delay; its content is specified in Section 12(2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. The controller may charge a reasonable fee for providing the information, not exceeding the necessary costs.

Processing of Designers’ Personal Data

Ostendorf - OSMA processes the personal data of designers (natural persons) as part of the operation of the electronic Software Library (OSMA) on the company’s website, for promotional and marketing purposes and for the presentation of goods. The legal bases for processing are:

  • the controller’s legitimate interests
  • consent of the data subject

Final Provisions

As a data subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights under Sections 12 and 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act and my rights under the GDPR.

I declare that all data provided is accurate and truthful and is provided voluntarily.

The controller declares that it will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and will process it only in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data is not processed for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes.
